Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) offers your employees a single point of contact for all workplace services. It comprises Workplace Central (dashboard for managers), Case Management (Ticket System for Facility Services), Visitor Management, Reservation Management and Space Mapping (Visualization of rooms / premises).

Workplace Central — the central dashboard for managers

Workplace Central helps companies efficiently manage and optimize their work environment. It facilitates the management of jobs, helps to streamline the use of resources and increases productivity.

Key features include:

  • Space optimization: With data analytics, managers can monitor and optimize the use of workspaces.
  • Reservation management: Users can easily reserve workstations, meeting rooms, and other resources.
  • Maintenance management: Problems can be reported and maintenance work can be planned efficiently.
  • Lease management: The platform provides tools to manage rental agreements and track important deadlines.
  • Integration and data analysis: By integrating with other systems and using real-time data, well-founded decisions can be made.

Case Management

Make the processing of workplace inquiries and problems more efficient! Case management helps to improve or digitize existing and often inefficient processes. A wide range of workplace services can be mapped and supported:

Most important new feature in WSD (January 2025 release)

WSD is regularly updated with new features and improvements to optimize user experience and improve efficiency. We are eagerly following this development and would like to implement some new features for our customers soon.

In our opinion, these are the most exciting new features that further improve the user experience and make workplace management even more efficient:

  • Workplace Services Kiosk: An easy-to-use self-service tool (freely accessible screen/ computer connected to ServiceNow) for a seamless check-in experience. Here, visitors can independently obtain certain service information and localize and use services (e.g. where is the nearest toilet / kitchen / meeting room that I need to get to... - and how do I get there as quickly as possible)
  • QR Code reservations: Workstations and rooms can be reserved simply by scanning QR codes.
  • Expanded location directories: Improved map views and filter options to make it easier to navigate and plan in the office.
  • Indoor mapping: New features such as card printing and integration with kiosk systems.
  • Workplace Connectors: Integration of environmental sensors to improve management of the work environment.
  • Mobile Workplace Agent: Improved mobile features, such as calendar views and advanced search options.
