Headquartered in Geneva (Switzerland), iconica starts into the year 2024 with 9 founder members. iconica covers many countries in the EMEA region and represents more than 300 certified consultants, including 5 certified master/technical architects. In this network, we collectively offer our customers  unparalleled expertise in the ServiceNow platform!

Born from the vision of two ServiceNow veterans - Thomas Gouy and Michel Regueiro - it is iconica's mission to unite ”Global reach with expert knowledge from specialized ServiceNow boutique partners“. Michel Regueiro, reflecting on the inception of the Alliance: ”Our vision for iconica is to forge an exclusive network that mirrors the uniqueness and high-quality service synonymous with boutique hotels.
