How did you come to exccon?

I was contacted by an exccon employee via Xing and took the opportunity to exchange ideas. The framework conditions for the position appealed to me, and the decisive factors for my commitment were the project prospects, development opportunities and identification with exccon. A decision that I still don't regret today!

Many employees call exccon the “exccon Family.” What makes the “exccon Family” stand out for you?

In a family, everyone is there for each other. You are in constant communication with each other and try to support each other. If you want to express your opinion, you can do so without being criticized for it. And when there are discrepancies, we try to sort them out together. It looks the same with the “xeccon Family”! There are short lines of communication; the supervisors up to the board of directors are there for you. Even if things don't go harmoniously or “crisis”, we work together to find a solution.

What are the benefits of working from home?

Working from home has several advantages for me. You save commute and travel costs. However, I particularly appreciate the fact that I can make my working hours more flexible and plan private appointments more easily. This makes it easier to manage time for work, leisure and family - and this leads to an improvement in the work-life balance. In return, my willingness to provide short-term support even outside normal working hours has increased.
