What is the take² Exam insurance?

Take 2 exam insurance is an additional service offered by PeopleCert and can optionally be purchased together with the exam voucher. This option allows you to take your exam a second time at low cost if you failed the exam the first time.

How does the take work² Exam insurance?‍

If you do not pass your ITIL, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile or Scrum Master exam, you can take the exam a second time free of charge within 6 months (counting from the date of the first exam). In any case, the repeat exam is an online exam, regardless of whether the first exam is taken online or in person.

IMPORTANT: The take² Exam insurance must be purchased before taking the first exam; it is not possible to add it later! It is best to purchase exam insurance directly when you purchase the exam voucher.

When you take² If you have not passed your first exam, the retest option is activated. As soon as your official exam results are available, you will receive an email with all the information you need to schedule the reexam.

Take² is not transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash/credit if it is not used. Take² is exam-specific and is only valid for the examination originally acquired. When the candidate goes to take² If the examination date does not appear or does not postpone the date before the scheduled date, he/she loses the opportunity to use the generated take² Coupon to use.

The Take² Exam insurance applies to selected certification exams offered by PeopleCert, including all ITIL, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile and Scrum Master exams.

The Take² Exam insurance costs 60, - EUR plus VAT - and therefore only a fraction of the examination fee!
