Module 1: Create, Deliver & Support (CDS) & Direct, Plan & Improve (DPI)

Certification

Format: online proctored exams

Module 1: ITIL® 4 CDS und DPI certificates

Module 2: ITIL® 4 DSV und HVIT certificates

The examinations  are a multiple-choice examinations with 40 questions which must be answered in 90 minutes. To earn the certificate you must answer 28 of 40 questions correctly, thus 70%.

On the first day of the course you will receive an exam code which you can use to register directly with the examination institute PeopleCert for an online exam. Candidates who take the exam in a language that is not their native language or candidates with special requirements (e.g. health restrictions) are entitled to an extended exam duration. Please inform the examination institute when registering for the exam if you wish to request an extended exam duration.
